Bulk Insert or Override Grades

You need Admin access to be able to perform this action.
This guide shows how to override course total results to multiple users using the Single View Report.
The Single View tab enables bulk grading for a particular activity or student. It allows you to quickly assign specific grade values to all ungraded items or perform mass grade overrides.

Sign in to your site with your Administrator details.

Step 1: Navigate to the course/unit then proceed to Grades section.
Step 2: Select Single View on the dropdown.
Step 3: Turn on the Edit Mode toggle at the right-side corner of your main menu ribbon.
Step 4: Click on the "Grade Items" button.
Step 5: From the dropdown menu, select Course Total, to override the final result.
Step 6: Tick the box on the "Override" column of the table.
Step 7: Type in the maximum grade on the Grade Box, you may check the highest Range on that column it suggests.
Step 8: You may add comments on the 'Feedback' column to indicate reason of overriding.
Step 9: You may now perform the steps to multiple students in the same course/unit. Don't forget to hit the 'Save' button to save changes.
