Course Navigation for Student

Course Navigation for Student

Overview
In this tutorial, we'll walk through what you'll find inside a course. This will familiarise you with the course content.

Step Tutorial
1. Open any course within the LMS.

2. You'll see different parts within a course. Refer to the screenshot below for an explanation of each part.
Part 1 – Course Tab

In this section, you'll see all the activities within the course, along with other blocks:
a. Activities - Activities refer to the modules that students must open (view or complete) to finish the course. For detailed tutorials on how to complete each activity type, please refer to eSkilled's tutorial list.
b. Completion Progress - The Completion Progress is a time-management tool for students that visually indicates the activities and resources they need to engage with in a course.
c. Dedication - This block shows the estimated time each participant has spent to the course.
d. Navigation - The navigation block provides links for navigating the course. It appears in every course and features an expanding tree menu of available activities and resources.

Part 2 – Grades

In this section, you'll see your overall grade across various activities. Several columns are visible in this section. They will be automatically populated based on the course's gradebook setup and your progress in each activity.

These are the different parts and what you'll see in a course.

Congratulations on completing this tutorial. We hope this has been helpful to you and your organisation. For any questions or concerns regarding this function, please reach out to us via email at support@eskilled.com.au.
