3. The report will display a table based on the filters applied.
You can refer to the Legends to identify the status of each student in acourse, such as: Completed, Submitted Awaiting Grading, Graded But Not Complete, Not Submitted, No Activity, Not Enrolled, and Suspended.
An example is shown below.
The following actions can be performed on the displayed table:
- Show # entries – Choose to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 entries per page. By default, 10 entries are shown, which is optimal to avoid excessive scrolling. If there are more than 10 entries, use the Next button at the lower right of the table to navigate through the pages.
- Export to Excel – Click this option to download the generated report in Excel format.
- Student Name – Clicking a student’s name opens their profile in a new tab.
- Green (Completed/Graded) and Orange (Requires Grading) Statuses – These are clickable and will redirect you to the exact activity in a new tab. This is especially useful for trainers, as it allows them to quickly access and grade student activities.
