You will learn each function as you go on this tutorial. Let’s start!

Step 1: Log in with your Trainer or Admin account

Take note that Admin account will have access to all student records while Trainers will only be able to access records of their students.

Step 2: Once you are logged in, click the Progress Dashboard in the menu bar.

Step 3: Once you are on the Progress Dashboard page, make sure the SHOW FILTERS option is selected for the different filters to appear.

You can use the LEGENDS to see whether the student has already completed an activity, submitted awaiting for grading, graded but not complete, have not submitted, no activity and not enrolled on a particular course. You can see an example below.

For green and orange, you can click it and you will be directed to the exact activity. This will be helpful for the trainers who will grade the student because they can use this to navigate through the activities.

Tip: When you click on the green and orange block, you will be directed to the exact activity on the same browser. You can right click on the color and click on open link in a new tab.

Another tip is always choose 10 on show entries so that you don't need to scroll down much. You can just click next button located on the lower right part of the generated report.

You can also download the generated report using the link at the upper right side of the table called 'Export to Excel'.
