How to Use Progress Dashboard v2

How to Use Progress Dashboard v2

Idea
Overview
The Progress Dashboard allows you to generate detailed completion reports for student activities, helping trainers and administrators track student progress and engagement within courses.

The dashboard offers three types of reports: Activity Completion Report, Assessment Centre, and Awaiting Grading Summary.
Reports can be filtered using the available options for each report type, allowing you to narrow the report down to the specific group or criteria you want to analyse.

In this tutorial, we will guide you step by step on how to use the Progress Dashboard, including the functionality of each report type and the steps to generate them.

Warning
IMPORTANT:
The information and available filters for each report will vary depending on the user role assigned to you in the system. Please contact your LMS Administrator to learn more about your assigned system role.
  1. Users with the LMS Admin or Manager roles have the ability to view all types of assessments for all trainers, including courses they are not enrolled in.
  2. Trainers and Non-editing Trainers, on the other hand, can only view assessments and submissions for the courses in which they are enrolled.
