How to Add Feedback Files on Assignment Marking Guide v2


Note:   You need  Teacher (enrolled on the unit/course)  or  Manager  access before you can perform this action.

Graders can upload file/s as a feedback to a student's assignment submission by directly uploading the file on the 'Feedback files' section of the Marking Guide of the Assignment Activity.

You can upload multiple files on the ' Feedback files' section of the Assignment Activity's Marking Guide (e.g You can upload the assessor checklist, observation form of the student etc.)

Step 1: Go to the Assignment activity where you want to upload the file for feedback.


Step 2:  Click on the Grade button.

Step 3: Choose the student where you want to add the feedback files to by choosing the student name from the drop down list:


Step 4: Once you are on the correct student submission, scroll the marking guide down until you see the ' Feedback comments' section, Click on the file  icon to start adding files.


Step 5: Choose the file you wanted to upload as a feedback to user's submission on the activity, click 'Open' and then click on the 'Upload the file'.


Step 6: The file contents will now show on the 'Feedback comments' section after the system uploads the file/s you have chosen, make sure to click on 'Save changes' to complete the process.

 
System will give this pop-out message to confirm that the changes has been saved, click on the " Ok" button to continue.


Feedback file/s uploaded is now showing to the student's assignment submission:
