How to Use Progress Dashboard - Awaiting Grading Summary Report

Awaiting Grading Summary Report is another Progress dashboard report type that allows filtering of assessments that are yet to be graded. You can generate a report based on certain filters that you can set to your preferences: Group By, Trainer, and Enrolment Status
Information/Allowed filters that will appear on this report will vary depending on the user role defined for you on the system. Please contact your LMS Administrator to know more about your assigned system role.
· LMS Admin and Manager system role has the capability to view all types of assessment for all trainers even on the courses that they are not enrolled to.
· Trainer and Non-editing Trainer on the other hand, can only be able to see assessments and submissions of courses they are enrolled to.

How to navigate to Progress Dashboard - Awaiting Grading Summary Report?

Step 1: Log in with your Trainer or Admin account


Step 2: Once you are logged in, click the Progress Dashboard in the menu bar.

Step 3: Under Report Type filter, choose Awaiting Grading Summary Report from the dropdown menu



Available Filters for Awaiting Grading Summary Report

Below are the available filters for this report type:

Group By
You can cluster the items you want to grade based on Category, Course, or Cohort.
Trainer
This filter is only available for LMS Admin and Manager system roles. This filter allows you to check number of items awaiting grading for a specific trainer
Enrolment Status
In this function, you can specifically select whether you want to include Active, Suspended, Not current or All type of Enrolment Status.

Step 5: After filling out the desired filters, you can now click on the Generate Report button.



Report will now show you Earliest, Average, Latest instance of graded item, as well as count of submission that is waiting to be graded. (for full details of the items and access to grade, please utilise the How to Use Progress Dashboard - Assessment Centre Report)



You can also download the generated report using the link at the upper right side of the table called 'Export to Excel'.
