1. Sign in to your site with your Administrator credentials.
2. Navigate to the course/unit, then proceed to the Grades section.
3. Turn on the Edit Mode toggle at the right side of your main menu ribbon.
4. Select Single View from the dropdown.
5. Search for the student by name using the filter options at the top of the Single View page.
NOTE: You can switch between searching by activity or by student. Ensure “Student” is selected to search by name.
6. Click on the Grade Items button.
7. From the dropdown menu, select Course Total to override the final result.
8. Tick the box in the Override column of the table.
9. Type in the maximum grade in the Grade Box. You may check the highest range suggested in that column.
10. Optionally, add comments in the Feedback column to indicate the reason for overriding.
11. Repeat these steps for multiple students in the same course/unit if required.
12. Don’t forget to hit the Save button to save changes.
