LLND Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question: Will it be available to quizzes that were already existing in the LMS prior to enabling this feature?
Answer: Yes

Question: Do we have other criterion/LLN Quiz setting aside from the existing ones?
Answer: Criterion is fixed for LLN, scoring is also fixed from range of 1-5

Question: Can you do the scoring of LLN to manually graded questions?
Answer: Yes, see section Grading Scenarios for more information.

Question: What if a question is partially correct what is the equivalent score for that question?
Answer: LLN is set to All or Nothing, this would mean that if the score is below the passing grade no quiz setting/criterion score will be applied.

Question: What happens to the existing grade if levels of LLN were adjusted?
Answer: Currently no issue if adjustments were lower than the initially set LLN criteria.

Question: What happens to the existing grade if levels of LLN were adjusted after an attempt has been made?
Answer: LLN Equivalent grade will not automatically update since this was created in a way that it follows the question version history. Student should be advised to retake the quiz if they already had an existing attempt/s prior to the update on the LLN setup.

Question: Do enrolment method/type affects the LLN Setup?
Answer: No

LLND Auto Grading FAQ
Question: Is the LLND Auto Grading part of the SMS and LMS packages?
Answer: No; This is an extra feature that is only available in the system through availing LLN AI-Assess credits.

Question: I have purchased AI Assisted Grading credits are these the same credits to use for LLND Auto grading?
Answer: No; These are two separate features hence consumes different credits.

Scenario Based FAQ
Scenario: Is there is a way to configure LMS permissions to prevent Non-Editing Trainers from accessing LLND assessments?
Answer: There is a current limitation on how we could possibly enforce this in the system:

Current Limitation:
    • There is currently no way to assign different trainers to LLND versus course content
    • Any trainer added to the group in the SMS can view and mark both LLND and units of competency, regardless of whether their role is Trainer or Non-Editing Trainer.
    • There is no LMS permission setting that allows restricting Non-Editing Trainers from viewing or marking LLND assessments only
Here's How to restrict Non-Editing Trainers from grading LLND assessments:
Step 1: Go to the LLND course in the LMS.
Step 2: Open the quiz (both LLN and digital).
Step 3: Click More > Permissions.
Step 4: Find the “Grade quizzes manually” permission and remove the Non-Editing Trainer role.
InfoNote: Adding a trainer to a group in SMS does not automatically enrol them in the LLND course — it only enrols them in the LMS course. Enrolment in LLND is done manually in the LMS. This means that as long as a user is not enrolled in the LLND course, regardless of their role (Trainer or Non-Editing Trainer), they will not be able to access the LLND course at all.
